Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please return it directly to the delivery person at your doorstep at the time of delivery.
Please note that items damaged through use, washing, alteration, or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
